Jim Shapiro's interests in real estate began when he started performing electrical and plumbing repairs for family and friends when he was just 14. He purchased his first investment property in 1990. After a career in Information Technology Services, Jim moved to Cincinnati to pursue his dream of starting a real estate company. Since that time, Jim has worked full-time as a Realtor, property manager, renovator, investor, and consultant. Jim's information technology services work managing large government contracts and customer service transfer to property management and add value for his clients. Jim Shapiro has been a full time investor, rental property owner, and general contractor since 2002. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio with Weybridge Realty, LLC. Weybridge Realty manages over 450 single or multi-family rental homes. Jim is a licensed General Contractor with Weybridge Property Management Services LLC and manages maintenance and renovation work for his clients. Hi is past-president of the Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati (REIA) and a board member and past-president of Housing Mediation Services. He is active with several local organizations on housing matters in our community.

Sr. Accounting Coordinator, Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Rae is the Senior Accounting Coordinator, Bookkeeper and Office Manager overseeing all operations of Weybridge Realty.

Rae joined Proffit Real Estate in 2015, which has prospered to Weybridge Realty.

Rae brings over 20 + years of experience to Weybridge Realty helping to ensure accurate reporting and timely communication across all departments. She brings her extensive leadership background as a Regional Property Manager, including senior living, tax credit housing, conventional housing, HUD, PRAC, and subsidized housing programs.

Rae consistently demonstrated professionalism, problem solving, reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Her experience and dedication made her a valuable member of the organization.

Kathy has been an Ohio Realtor since 2018 and has owned and self-managed her personal investment properties since 2015. She has served on the Real Estate Investment Association of Greater Cincinnati (REIAGC) and is a past Secretary of the REIGC Board of Directors and past co-host of the Rental Property Owners Focus Group. She earned her Ohio Professional Housing Provider designation in 2017. Kathy joined the team at Weybridge Realty in 2018.

Laura has worked with Weybridge Realty for 4 years.

Laura brings 8 years of accounts receivable to Weybridge Realty. 

Through her work in accounts receivable, Laura has developed strong skills in payment processing, account reconciliation, customer communication, problem solving, and attention to detail. Her experience has also strengthened her ability to manage deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and support smooth day-to-day accounting operations.


Kristin Atwood

Leasing Manager

Kristin Atwood is an experienced Property Management Specialist with over 20 years of expertise in residential property management and a strong foundation in accounting. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she brings both on-site and corporate-level experience to her work. Kristin specializes in financial operations, subsidy program administration, and full-cycle property management, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and compliance. She has a proven track record of maximizing occupancy, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards in tenant relations and regulatory adherence. Known for her leadership and attention to detail, Kristin effectively manages teams, resolves complex issues, and ensures properties operate smoothly and profitably.
