To all our tenant -- please take care of yourselves, and your families. We are working to maintain quality services to you during this difficult times and we are still here for you. Considering the situation, we are suspending Late Fees for households impacted by Corona Virus.
If your job has been impacted or someone in your family becomes ill, please contact us. This is all very new and we are considering how to respond as these situations occur. We want you to be secure in your home during a difficult time.

We know some of our tenants will face financial challenges. We also know that the owners we work for have mortgages and insurance and tax bills that are paid by the rent. It may be a bumpy time for lots of people – tenants and owners. Please contact us about payment matters so we can make sure the owner of your home knows what to expect.
We are not accepting walk-in’s at the office and most of the staff are working from home. If you have any questions or concerns please call 407-8069 extension 4 or 5 and leave a message and we will call you back. Please be patient – we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
We want to move rent payments to online as much as possible. Currently 70% of tenants pay online from their bank or pay at CVS Pharmacy and we would like everyone to do that. While you can still mail or drop off all rents and documents at the UPS Store 7672 Montgomery Rd Suite 211, Cincinnati Ohio 45236, they are also limiting access. It is better to mail payment in than to drop it off. A stamp is cheaper than driving across town anyway.
If you are not set up for online payment and want help, please call the office and leave your name and number and someone will call you back. If you want the CVS Bar Code and you don’t have email, we can mail that to you. CVS allows cash payment so you don’t have to go buy Money Orders.
We are limiting maintenance calls to high-priority items. That protects you and our crew who are still going to lots of homes to do service calls. Heat, plumbing, refrigerator and emergency items will be responded to as always. We want to delay responding to low-priority and minor repairs for now. We are sorry to have to say that – and it’s safer for you and the crew. That said, do you want to be the 10th house they have been to that day?
We are increasing our cleaning in common areas of apartments. We’ll be wiping down the shared door knobs and handrails and laundry on a more frequent basis. That’s no guarantee of anything – and we hope it helps. Please do the same for your own door knobs and do what you can to keep hallways clean and safe and secure. Please make sure front doors are closed and locked at all times.

Keys Keys Keys Every month we get emergency calls from tenants who lose their keys. We are a small company and we do not have people ready to bring you a key 24 hours a day. Often when tenants live in a unit when we become the manager, we may not have a copy of your keys. SOMETIMES WE DON’T HAVE ANYONE TO SEND. Then we will tell you to call a Locksmith. A Locksmith may require payment in cash before they open the door. All tenants are encouraged to make a copy of your keys and hide them someplace so that if you lose your keys or get locked out, you have a way to get back in. Keys can be copied at Home Depot or Lowes or local hardware store or any locksmith shop – there are several around town. If you lose your keys, you will be charged $40 to $100 depending on the time of day and situation. Sometimes we will have to go to Home Depot and buy a lock and come drill out your lock, it will be expensive for you. It’s much cheaper for you to make copies yourself before you need them. We suggest you make one or more extra copies and hide them – and don’t tell anyone where they are. You can buy a secret hiding place that looks like a stone and put it in bushes where you can find it. If you have a family member living nearby, go over hide a key in the basement or someplace no one else will find it. It does not need to have your name on it since you are the only one who knows it’s there. My recommendation is Don’t Tell Anyone where it is. Police tell us over half of robberies are people who know the victim - so keep this info to yourself. This is an update from your Property Management team at Weybridge Realty. We hope you and your family are OK through this difficult COVID-19 situation. We know some people are facing financial challenges during this period with reduced work hours or furloughs and layoffs. If you have this situation, please let us know and we will work with you. The sooner you apply for unemployment, the better. The federal government is supplementing Ohio’s standard unemployment so you may find unemployment insurance is a huge help. We want you to be safe during this time. We ask you to follow the social distancing and cleaning recommendations issued to protect you and your family and neighbors. People living in apartments are especially asked to be respectful of their neighbors who share hallways and entryways. As we start to get to warmer weather, please remember the lease you signed does not allow swimming pools and trampolines. Any tenant who gets them will have to take them down. They are a major issue for insurance companies who will terminate the owner’s insurance if they see a pool or trampoline. Many local governments also have rules prohibiting them. We continue to respond to maintenance calls. Home Depot is limiting the number of people in the store at a time and that is slowing down our ability to respond. Please do what you can to avoid extra service calls. Minor repairs may be deferred. Clogged toilets are a frequent sanitation issue. The only thing that should be flushed is pee, poo, and toilet paper. Hand wipes, women’s sanitary products, paper towels and other items will clog your plumbing and should not be put in the toilet. FLUSHABLE WIPES SHOULD NOT BE FLUSHED NO MATTER WHAT!!! They clog the drains and are expensive to clear out. If we pull items like that from your drain, you may be charged for that expense.
